We pass along the cost of shipping and work with a number of carriers (e.g. UPS, USPS, DHL, etc) to keep prices as low as possible. That means that you can offer low-cost shipping to your fans, while still ensuring that they get high-quality merch, bespoke products, and more. Low shipping for products that you're proud of.
No. You can create products that are either printed-on-demand or as part of a pre-order campaign (i.e. drop), so there's no inventory risk. We also allow you to pre-purchase and manage inventory, but we generally encourage creators to use one of these no-risk models until they've established a clear sales history.
